Blue skies, lots of sunshine, ocean waves lapping along the shore. Sounds inviting, doesn’t it? We thought so too! We recently escaped the cold PA winter weather and took a 5-day cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel Mexico aboard Royal Caribbean’s, Brilliance of the Seas.
Brilliance of the Seas Cruise
The Brilliance of the Seas cruise was a Christmas gift for my son and his girlfriend from my husband and me. We have traveled a good in the states and even abroad, but never taken our son on a cruise. We wanted him to experience it at least once before he was totally on his own to plan vacations. This was the fourth cruise for my husband and me.
It was a fun trip, although our port stops did not turn out as we planned due to the weather (high winds). We loved the ship, the service, the entertainment, and the food. My son is a picky eater and he was raving about the food. So that was a good thing.
