Ice Cream Cake
This 5 ingredient recipe for an ice cream cake is easy and delicious! Everyone raves about it when I make it. Takes about 8 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
12 or 24 ice cream sandwiches. This time I used 24. 12 Vanilla IceCream and 12 Chocolate Ice Cream. Usually, I use all Vanilla.
1 large container of Cool Whip
Chocolate Syrup
Maraschino Cherries
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
Instructions:
Place a single layer of Ice Cream Sandwiches in Cake Pan.
You can skip the next step if you only want a single layer. I like 2 layers for a thicker cake.
Add a second layer of Ice Cream Sandwiches.
Add Cool Whip and spread over sandwiches.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Add Maraschino Cherries and Sprinkle Chopped Nuts on the top. You can add any of your favorite toppings, but I usually just use the Cherries and Nuts.
Freeze at least 8 hours before serving. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before you wish to serve.
Serves 16- 20.
