Our flat in London was full of surprises.  I mentioned in a previous post, about the funny toilet in London.   Thought you might be interested in seeing the other strange things we found and the remainder of our London home (for a few days!)

Must Have Been Tall!

The people that lived here must have been giants!   When I was putting items in the closet I noticed a mirror on the door.  But I couldn’t see myself.  All I could see was the very tippy-top of my head!

Then in the closet, I could only hang clothes on the bottom pole because the top one was way too high even with a hanger.

I just found this to be terribly funny!  The beds were not extra long!  But I would have needed  step-stool to hang clothes up there or to see in the mirror!

The rest of the flat was pretty much normal.  While it was a bit further from the main city than we would have preferred, it was just a short ride on the “underground.”   The area seemed safe and was quiet from about 11 PM on.

The beds were fantastic in this place.  I slept like a baby.

Here is a picture of the Master Bedroom.  It was a bright cheery bedroom.

Below is a picture of the 2nd bedroom.  It was decorated with purple accents.  (Don’t show up in the photo)  Also, the bed is half-made! Neal’s version of making the bed.

 

 

 

The third bedroom had two single beds.  They were not made up for us since we indicated we only needed two rooms.

 

 

 

Of course, we had the skinny bathroom.

 

 

The kitchen was recently renovated!  But I failed to get a picture of it.  Not sure how I missed that!

 

 

 

 

 

The living room was small but had a nice TV and was comfy.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed the town of London.

 

 

So what do you think the explanation is for the very high mirror and hanging rod?
